Timmy is the Founder and CEO of Natsoft Corporation. Timmy established Natsoft with a vision to provide a unique and fulfilling experience for its employees and clients. He is a national winner of the 'First Generation, Entrepreneur of the Year' award from the National Association of Entrepreneurship. Timmy led Natsoft to grow into a sizeable business with a deep focus on customer satisfaction through the quality of consulting and delivery. Highly regarded in the entrepreneur community, Timmy is known for his business acumen and creating a framework of strong commitment to his clients and employees.

Timmy is now focused on growing the company to the next level by taking on to the digital initiatives to provide the clients with innovative solutions needed for this era of transformation with Cognitive, Cloud, Analytics, IoT and Robotics solutions and services. A firm believer that a highly capable team can help Natsoft, traverse to the next generation, Timmy strengthened the leadership with highly experienced leaders from fortune multinationals, diverse backgrounds, and geographical spread.

Timmy is also a sports enthusiast, he was an avid national level sailor, he represented India at the Sailing regatta championships.

Srinivas Cheedella (Sri) is President and Managing Director. Sri is responsible for the overall growth, Internal automation, BPM, M&A and the global delivery centre. Sri has over 24 years of work experience; of which he spent over a decade at Perot Systems / Dell Services operating in the roles of COO, CFO and Chief of Shared Services for India and Philippines. He was recipient of Perot Systems award for implementing suite of niche technology platforms and was also nominated for the ICAI business achiever and the RASBIC HR Personality of the year awards.

After Dell, Sri setup and spent about 3 years at Laurus Edutech as its Managing Director. Laurus went on to become one of the leading players in a for profit social enterprise in the skill development space. At Laurus, he developed a first of kind, SaaS based skill platform for tracking skilled resources, besides skilling several under privileged to help them get employed.

The last 7 years prior to joining Nat IT, Sri was Vice President at ADP, managing the India Finance and Procurement. Sri is also an active member of the industry forums. He was the Chairman at AmCham (American Chamber of Commerce) Chennai chapter and was also a committee member of the HYSEA. On the academics' front, Sri is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost and Management Accountant.

Shyam is responsible for creating strategic partnerships for building a robust IT eco system at Natsoft. He also manages the development and deployment of products and solutions for defining the client offering and a seamless system integration. Shyam is also a founder and leader of the business focussed Natsoft (Asia) based out of Singapore. He is also a Director on the board of Nat IT Services, the global delivery centre based out of India.

Shyam has over 25 years of Industry and Management / IT Consulting experience. Prior to Natsoft, Shyam worked at PwC Consulting and IBM Global Business Services as a Vice President and has deep experience across multiple industries and leading-edge technology solutions. At IBM Shyam played key roles as ASEAN Global Business Services Leader, Singapore & Indonesia Country Leader, ASEAN Consulting Services Leader. Shyam was also responsible for successfully establishing IBM's Business Analytics and Optimization Services across ASEAN. These positions had P&L responsibilities with up to $300M annual revenues.

Shyam has tremendous experience in driving the new wave of digital transformation for Clients into the agile age of Cloud, Analytics and Mobile by defining specific roadmaps to bring the next wave of growth and digital disruption.

Chief Technology Innovation Officer (CTIO)

John Yovanovich joins Natsoft as a Chief Technology and Innovation Officer. As CTIO, John will assume responsibility for all the global technology and innovation at Natsoft. John will help propel and scale the depth of Natsoft offerings in the cloud, data, and AI space besides managing all the tech portfolio of Natsoft. John is recognized as a strong tech leader in the industry and has had numerous opportunities to successfully address complex technology challenges at scale. Prior to joining Natsoft, John spent 23 years with AT&T, where he led technologists that specialized in all aspects of data architecture, data warehousing, data lakes, cloud, database, and model administration. Most recently he led one of largest on premise to cloud migration efforts. John's joining provides Natsoft an immense boost in its technology offerings and solutions build out.

On the academics front John has a bachelor's in computer sciences from the University of Long Island.

Fred is the VP of Business Development and Strategy at Natsoft Corporation and is responsible for overseeing the formation of business partnerships and negotiation of contracts.

Fred manages the global business development across solutions, services, products, and BPM at Natsoft. Fred is a seasoned executive with the ability to consistently exceed expectations and deliver business capabilities and strategy that "make a difference".

Fred is diversely experienced with 42 years in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle and Operational Excellence, with a focus on delivering key business strategies for competitive advantage. Strategic excellence placed on Data Management, Privacy, and End of Service Life and Application Modernization capabilities for delivery of cost efficiencies in a competitive environment. Leverage expert analysis and insights to promulgate a lean approach and team empowerment that drives organizational improvements and best practices.

Fred also served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the US Army, and has held executive roles at several start-ups, as well as Accenture, Sprint PCS, and AT&T, prior to joining Natsoft.

Lenin is responsible for managing the global services division. With over 250 clients, Services division is the largest top line contributor. Lenin joined Nat IT, in 2016 and ever since has been helping this division with a consistent growth and delivery exceeding client's expectations over the years. The Services division comprises of implementing, maintenance, delivery in the areas of ERPs like Oracle Applications, SAP, Peoplesoft and technologies like Java, .net etc.

Lenin joined Nat IT after a successful career with Accenture in India, where he was responsible for delivery of complex and global SAP projects. Lenin comes from a Finance background and has both Industry and IT experience in Oil & Gas / Natural Resources Industry.

Srinivas is a seasoned executive with 30+ years of experience in Industrial Control Systems, Information and Operations Technology, delivering large complex integration programs and solution outcomes using various methodologies and technologies across a multitude of industries and geographical locations.

Prior to Natsoft, Srinivas worked with companies like IBM and Deloitte and successfully executed large ICT and Automation projects for process industries like Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refineries, Chemical, Power and Utility. Srinivas is also certified as Project Management Professional by Project Management Institute - USA and has good understanding of the technological trends in IIOT, Blockchain and Predictive Analytics.

Thomas Weigert is the Chief Technology Officer at Natsoft Corporation and CEO of Updraft where he directs research and development. Previously, he held positions as a tenured Professor of Computer Science and St. Clair Endowed Chair of Software Engineering at the University of Missouri at Rolla; as Motorola Fellow and Vice President with Motorola Global Software Group where he was responsible for the development environment, including processes, methods, tools, as well as the quality and engineering computing infrastructures, deployed in 19software factories in 14 countries with over 7500 software engineers and where he directed and had budget responsibility over a team of over 800 IT, quality, and tool development technologists worldwide; and as Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the Johannes KeplerUniversity in Linz. He held visiting research positions at the Electrotechnical Laboratories, Tsukuba, and Argonne National Laboratories, Argonne. He is the author of a textbook, seven international standards, as well as over seventy book chapters and refereed articles in international journals and conferences on the application of artificial intelligence techniques to the development of product software, in particular for real-time distributed systems. His research contributions have been in the areas of modeling languages, the derivation of efficient programs from design models, and the use of automated theorem proving in program generation and verification. He and his team have developed innovative tools supporting the software development life cycle and have demonstrated one of the first commercial embedded software products with complete code automatically generated from high-level specifications as early as the late eighties. He holds 8 US patents pertaining to the generation and testing of software using automated techniques.

He received his Ph.D., M.S., and M.A. degrees from the University ofIllinois, and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University.

Aswin van den Berg is a Senior Member of the Technical Staff atUpdraft. He was born in the Netherlands and received his Masters's degree from Utrecht University. In 1998, he received a Ph.D. in computer science from Cornell University where he specialized in ProgramTransformation and Attribute Grammar. Aswin worked at GrammaTechand Motorola Labs on researching and implementing language translators before joining Updraft. His areas of expertise are program analysis and program transformation. His hobbies include open-water swimming and swing dancing.

Frank Weil is the Director of Product Strategy at Updraft and is responsible for designing automated tools which aid in the modernization of large-scale and mission-critical legacy software systems. He has extensive experience in software engineering, including development and testing, modeling languages, automatic code generation and translation, image and speech processing, and artificial intelligence. While at Motorola, Frank was Chief Architect and managed the Software Engineering and Tools Technology Group which supported Motorola software developers worldwide with automation technology. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University.

Frank holds a patent and has authored numerous publications spanning a wide range of software engineering topics. He has served on several Motorola corporate technical advisory boards and steering committees; was on the Industrial Advisory Boards of the NSF Repository for ModelDriven Development and the Software Engineering Research Center; and was a co-chair, track chair, reviewer, and panel member with professional conferences.

Ramachandran fondly called as Ram at Natsoft, is responsible for building all the data solutions be it in the analytics space or big data or implementation and deployment of on prem to on cloud data models or adoption to off market products like Teradata, Vertica, and others. Ram commenced his IT career way back in 1988 and worked with entities like stock exchange, L&T infotech and a large telecom company in the US. For over 20 years prior to joining Natsoft, Ram was managing the COE for Database solutions and in the Chief Data Office for a large telecom major.

With expertise in cutting-edge technologies and their practical applications, he has played a pivotal role in delivering transformative results.

Raj has made noteworthy contributions in the LATAM and USA markets throughout his decade-long career. Prior to Natsoft, Raj was with Pyramid Consulting.

Durga Prasad is the go-to Operations chief at CorpOne (the BPM arm of Natsoft) and has been with the company for over a decade. Durga Prasad popularly known as DP within the company brings tremendous experience of over 21 years and working with companies like Adroit prior to CorpOne. DP is known for eye around the detail, diligent and has a complete oversight on the nuances of the operational elements from onboarding a new client to successfully piloting and ramping up while delivering and even exceeding the client expectations.

DP instituted several processes at various levels that provide consistent visibility to the operational parameters and to have greater control of delivery spread across different sites. DP is also responsible for sales and marketing and market expansion across telecom, education and banking, insurance, and other industries.

Manish is responsible for the finance, tax, and compliance function at Natsoft. He has built processes and systems for all Natsoft compliance across all the 50 states that it has its Associates operating. Manish ensures Natsoft to stay on top of its compliance, tax and regulatory filings besides helping the organisation stay on track to its financial deliverables.

Manish is a CPA from the USA and a Chartered Accountant from the ICAI in India. Manish has over 20 years of work experience and prior to Natsoft Manish was a practising CPA.

Mr. Nageshwara Rao is the head of Software Testing Services at Natsoft. He is responsible for the operations, and delivery of the Testing Services. Mr. Rao has over 20 years of Software Testing & Test Automation experience and has extensively worked on new approaches & innovations in test automation, we fondly call him "Nag". He is a hardcore techie with expertise in tools such as QTP, Selenium, and Appium and Scripting Languages like Perl, Ruby, Java, and Python. He has authored many technical books published by India-Wiley-Dreamtech and some of which are also prescribed reference books by the universities. Out of passion, Mr. Rao also mentors software Testing aspirants. He is currently a mentor at Magnitia and before that at Mind Q Systems and has mentored over 70,000 people to date on the Testing nuances. A large part of the global Testing community looks up to Mr. Rao for his tremendous know-how and his contribution to society.
